Esahar brings you the most engaging features and accessibility for the user. But some of the users might slip out of the idea while taking the advantage of our platform. So, we have collected and prepared some frequently asked questions and answers to make it easier for our user.
General:
→ How does ESahar work?
If you are a client looking for your job to be done you or you can search for the related service providers from the “Browse Service” page and message the service provider directly with your job description. Or you can post your job request from “Post a Task” page and suitable service providers make an offer on your task and negotiate accordingly.
If you are a service provider, you can list your service from the “List a Service” page and the client will contact you if your service description matches with the client’s job description or you can make an offer on a job that is posted by the client on the “Browse Task” page.→ Who can use ESahar?
There is no restriction on who can use the website however we recommend 12 years or older is suitable to use the website.
→ Is ESahar insured?
No, the client is responsible for their job and the service provider is responsible for the service they provide.
→ How to book services?
You can simply post your job on the “Post a Task” page or directly contact the relevant service providers from the “Browse Services” page.
→ What type of tasks can I get done with ESahar?
You can post any type of task within our categories however we do not guarantee that your job will be done.
→ How to sign up as a client?
To sign up as a client
• Click Sign In
• Click Register
• Enter your email, phone number (you need to verify with OTP) and password
• Once you create your account login with your email/phone number and
password.
Users :
→ How to Request Job?
Simply hover to “Post a Task” on the header menu. Enter all of your details including your estimated cost and budget and contact details. That’s it.
→ I didn't find the service. What can I do?
We can not guarantee you the service, but you can still post your job form “Post a Task” page and relevant service providers may contact you with an offer.
→ Can I edit my Request after it is published?
No, you cannot edit your Request after it is published. You need to delete your request from your account listing and post the Request again.
→ I posted my task, what's next?
Hold on! Relevant service providers who can do your task may contact you.
Professionals :
→ Who can become a professional?
Anyone with a certain set of skills can become a service provider.
→ How to signup as Professional?
To sign up as a service provider
• Click Sign In
• Click Register
• Enter your email, phone number (you need to verify with OTP) and password
• Once you create your account Login with your email/phone number and
password
• Click on “List a Service” page
• Now enter the service details that you are willing to provide in the form
Note: You must List at least one of your service to show up yourself on the expert page.
→ How to create a new service listing?
First sign in with your email/phone number and password and click on “List a Service” page, now fill up the service details that you are willing to provide in the form.
→ How to find a Job that is Requested?
All the tasks posted by the clients are listed on the “Browse Task” page, you can filter it by budget, city and categories.
→ Can I edit my listing after it is published?
Yes, you can edit your listing from inside your account panel or directly edit it from the Browse service page.
